This is an awesome set for someone that wants to workout in their apartment, condo, or smaller home gym. It includes a studio barbell, a 8-position curl bar, collars and the following easy grip design rubberized weight plates: 10 pounds X 4 5 pounds X 2 2.5 pounds X 2 1.25 pounds X 2 The curl bar offers more freedom and control with, quite literally, just the push of a button. BodyRock, an online fitness community, created the Sweatflix Body Bar, which offers several grip positions that can be easily adjusted to target different arm muscles. At $150 retail for the barbell alone, it's definitely an investment, but one to consider if you're looking at intensifying your strength training.
