I just rebuilt this whole thing. Put parts in an ultrasonic cleaner. New lube everywhere, Bearings all super smooth. ZERO play in the hinge. Touched up any nicks in the black powder coat with a special solution (Birchwood Casey Aluminum Black). This is a seriously nice example.
