They were very helpful and knowledgeable. They have really great service and made it easy for my son and me to pick the right e-bike for our needs. They let my son test ride it around the parking lot and fit it to him.

These guys did a terrible job. They gave us one price. We came back the next day. They had totally different prices the price gouge just they damaged my E bike. I went in with to get new brake pads On my E bike They had the brakes so tight and so off alignment that metal was rubbing on metal and now my brake system constantly goes on and off while I’m riding my bike. I should’ve known better because when me and my wife went in there, there was another guy with a super 73 and he had complaints that they put a part on and they still did not fix what he came in there to fix. I am definitely disappointed in how I was treated. I was looking forward to building a relationship because I just got into the whole E bike thing terrible business.

I had a great service experience with everyone at this business. I took my Pedago bike in to have the front inner tube replaced and to adjust the chain.  My bike was ready in about an hour and pricing was very reasonable.  I will definitely use them again for any future bike repairs.

Terrible customer service. I took my e-bike in for repairs, and not only were they unable to fix it, but they also gave me the runaround instead of being upfront. They kept my bike for two weeks without a single update, and I had to personally track them down just to get any information. They don’t return calls and seem completely disorganized. If you need reliable repairs and good communication, I’d strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

Best customer service in town ! Way better prices and way better options! Come see Alex and his staff . I’d give this place a 10 star if I could !
