This review above i never agreed as well as many other things that i did not agree to under their contract that they forced me to sign without mentioning any agreements. They never spoke with me about the finances and just threw me into debt with the bank at a high interest rate that should not be at 14.9% for a used car when my credit is above 750. On top of that they added an extended warranty that was claimed to he “free” but they ended up charging me. Not once did i speak with a finance representative or get any help to discuss the contract. They did not give me a yes or no option and they did not show me any numbers or options for what i was getting myself into, all they did was lie by making everything sound sweet and simple. Clearly i did not take my own picture and the porter asked to borrow my phone to confirm the drop off, but instead used it to make a false review. I just seen this review as i have been trying to contact the manager KEVIN who continues to avoid my calls as they claim he is always out coincidentally the times i call.

Wouldn’t recommend getting a car from here car came all scratched up. We asked if they could fix and they said yes just for it to look the same and on top of that they didn’t even do the  actually job they said they would all they did was take it to a car wash and ik this cuz I was watching every move the car was making since it’s tracked and also asked for an oil change they said yes to that as well and they DIDN’T do it.🤦🏽‍♂️Now they don’t want take responsibility to there word that they said.

I had a outstanding experience with Steve and Greg . The process was seamless. The staff was genuine and professional and went above and beyond to answer any questions. I highly recommend shopping with them again.

I was especially impressed by how thorough they were in explaining the features of my new car and ensuring everything was handled efficiently.
