We bought a used Mazda from the Acura dealership. They sent the Mazda over to Finley Mazda for inspection. They allow us to get our own inspection.  They listened to our concerns and needs and met us where we needdd to be and as a result we now love the car obviously it's very early in the relationship, but we feel lucky to have found a great car at a great dealership that truly puts the customer first from the top down even those finance guys who usually sour the experience but not this time. Easily the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. I was searching for a car that fit my requirements for several months and had some of the worst experiences at dealerships across the country. Charlie at Findlay really salvaged the whole car buying experience for me. Had a great time hanging out with him while checking out and discussing the car.
