Pavilion 743c

Was $50, now $25. This is a Pavilion 743c with an old emachines motherboard. It has only 2 GB of RAM and an 80 GB hard drive. The CPU is an old Pentium 4. This is so slow it cannot handle Windows XP. So, is it useless? I decided to split the hard drive into 2 partitions. One partition has DOS and the other has a Linux-based OS called PuppySeamonkey. In the pics you can see I first go into DOS which goes automatically to a menu showing you all the old games I have installed. In the pics I then go into PuppySeamonkey (Linux) where you can watch your movies or listen to CD's. PuppySeamonkey boots up almost instantly. I did have XP installed but it took like 10 minutes to boot up. Think, who could benefit from such a computer? My grandkids loved playing on it when they visited. Old games like Mario & Luigi, Centipede, PacMan, Unreal Tournament, Digger, Revenge of Froggie, and tons of others are on there. Also, there are tons of educational games installed as well.
