Buying a car out of state? Scary, right? WRONG. Emerald Motors flipped the script for me.

I worked with Eli, who might actually be the texting wizard of car sales. I swear, I basically bought my car over text messages while still sitting in Oregon. 🤯 He was prompt, friendly, and made the whole thing ridiculously easy (and dare I say… fun?!). Who knew buying a car could feel like ordering DoorDash?

The price was right, the process was smooth, and when it came time to finalize things, Gage the Sales Manager stepped in with the same kind, professional, “we’ve-got-you” vibe. Absolute legend.

This was my first time buying a car out of state, and honestly—it was smoother than any in-state deal I’ve ever done. If you’re hunting for a ride, do yourself a favor: call Emerald Motors and ask for Eli. I recently bought a car from here, throughout the car buying experience I received great communication from the guys here. Everyone was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I was able to get a great deal worked out on a really great clean car that they detailed just before I purchased. I was incredibly impressed with how personable and professional everyone was and how nice the lot and office was. Conversations were real and never felt rushed or pushed into anything. I primarily worked with Derek and Gage and a manager I believe, but didn’t get his name. Everyone was fantastic. I made a 3 hour drive up here and they all made it worthwhile. I can’t recommend them enough. And if I had to buy another car I would absolutely check with them first. Fair, friendly, knowledgeable and professional.

Amazing experience! I am a customer from Colorado, had been looking into buying a vehicle. I stumbled upon the exact one I wanted but was a bit skeptical of doing the purchase over the phone and email, luckily Gage and Derek helped me out and made the process super straightforward and easy. They were very responsive and always had an answer to all my questions, make sure to ask them for help if you call or go in! Along with making the purchase very easy and fast they also helped me out with getting the car shipped out to my house with a very good and trustworthy company (Lee Bowe Company, Dustin Stevens). The car arrived after 3 days in the exact condition it was sent, the process was hassle free and quick. Once again thanks for all the help! Don’t be afraid to check these guys out!

Gage was awesome during my car buying experience! He helped me get a great car that fit my family’s needs and even though the car popped up with a couple minor issues everyone at the dealership was quick to fix the issues and even allowed me to use a loaner vehicle while they worked on my car. I’ve never experienced a dealership that actually gives you a REAL warranty like they provide. 10/10 service. If I ever need to buy another car I would definitely go back to them!
