This dealership is a textbook example of dishonesty and bait-and-switch tactics. I contacted them about a Tesla listed on Auto Trader and made it *crystal clear* from the start: I was a cash buyer looking to apply the federal EV tax credit at the point of sale. The sales rep assured me—twice—that this wouldn’t be an issue. When I pressed about any hidden fees, I was told the only add-on was “Theft Insurance.” That turned out to be just the beginning of the deception.

After being ghosted on a promised call from the manager, I followed up the next day and was once again told everything was good to go. Based on these repeated assurances, I spent an hour in an Uber getting to the dealership—only to be hit with a string of surprises that made it clear this place thrives on misinformation.

* The wheels shown in the listing photos? Not included. Extra charge.
* The odometer? Off by *2,300 miles*.
* A broken side mirror? Somehow not mentioned in the listing.
* And worst of all, the manager flatly refused to honor the tax credit adjustment they had repeatedly confirmed by phone.

The kicker? All of this could have—and should have—been clarified over the phone, saving me time, money, and an unnecessary trip.

This experience wasn’t just disappointing—it was insulting. It’s hard to overstate the level of incompetence and disregard for the customer here. If you value your time, money, or basic integrity in a business transaction, avoid this place at all costs.
