Cabelas Alaknak All Season tent 20x12

This tent is in great condition and has been used by a boy scout troop most of it's life. It does not include any cots. I've only set it up to practice (Which is simple and intuitive). I bought this tent to go to Standing Rock and set up a warm barracks to house water protectors. It is a great tent and I have no qualms with it, besides that the size is more than I can use. While this tent is built for four seasons and is waterproof, conditions in North Dakota (-30° degrees and heavy snow most days) in the dead of winter did not favor nylon, canvas is the way to go if you're headed into arctic conditions. Upon arriving, I was told to send it back home with the half of my convoy returning to Seattle. I stayed in the Dakotas in a tipi for 5 months. Now that I am home, I need to make space. I've set up and carried this tent by myself, but it is extremely heavy for one man and would be better suited to a hunting group or boy scout troop. That was it's previous use, I purchased it from a scout leader who took great care of it. I do have a (Jotul) woodstove and pipe that fits this tent that I would like to keep, but I can be convinced otherwise.
