I recently purchased a 21 Atlas from Ryan. A few days after we purchased it, there was a sound in the right front. I’m not a mechanic so I called made an appointment and had it the next morning at the dealership for them to repair it. I was told it was the new brake pad and that was it. I then drove my car home which is about 200 miles from the dealership, I unfortunately did not make it because the belt was shredded and left us stranded. We called and spoke with the manager, Les. He informed us that the only option was to have it towed back to the dealership over 200 miles away, leaving me with no car and no other option. I never heard back from him after that. I had to have a repair shop in my town fix the belt because no one from the dealership returned my phone calls. I then called and asked to speak with the general manager and left him a message. And that was two days ago and I’m still waiting for a callback or a resolution or any sort of customer service that they claim to have. If I can deter one person from purchasing a vehicle from them, then my review has done its job. Save yourself the trouble. They talk a big game, about their great customer service but they don’t back it up.

I recently visited Subaru and received excellent service. The professionalism and attention to detail were outstanding. Jonathan, in particular, was exceptional—knowledgeable, courteous, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled smoothly. I also want to give a big shout-out to the mechanics who aren’t always mentioned by name—their expertise, hard work, and deep knowledge keep everything running safely and smoothly. I truly appreciate all of you working behind the scenes.
