1976 Catalina Yachts sailboat, perfect for your next sail to Bahamas/Key West or like live aboard. It's 27 feet long and has a reliable four stroke 8HP Yamaha outboard engine. The sails are in good shape, ready for the wind. Acid Battery runs on a 12v power system, with two solar panels providing electricity for automatic bilge pump, lights, radio (have a nice speakers installed inside) and freshwater pump for a kitchen sink and shower (inside the closet - you just pull it out) and also the anchors lights at night. There's a comfy V bed and a dining area that turns into another bed if you like. The bathroom has a Jacobo pump toilet connected to a holding tank, that you can empty at marina. I never use the stove in the kitchen so Im not sure if its working. There is a AC which will work with a generator or connected in marina. Also has an extra anchor with chain. Safety gear like ropes and life jackets, floating devices, horn, multiple buoys, fire extinguishers are included. Plus, there's a BBQ grill, kayak + paddle, skateboard and more for fun times.
