I have never felt so taken advantage of in my entire life. I was sold a completely totally car! I got home and the sliding door fell off. Half of the electrical stopped working a couple of days after I got it back. Only to find out there was so much electrical damage due to a leak that the car is now a total loss and I’m out $6,000 now. Single mom of 3 and bought a van to make our lives easier and now I have nothing to show for it!  I would give this place a -10 star if that was an option. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE!!

They don't answer their emails, and it took 8 calls after opening for them to answer their phone. The car I had wanted was sold which I understand but I also asked if they check their emails because I had sent in about 4 and asked for a trade in valuation and they said they check them daily. I said "oh because I haven't gotten in responses" and he said "we respond daily" and hung up on me. I'm trying to buy a car from you guys and just not being helped at all.

I got it checked and it had several issues which they promised to fix  only to have emails and calls ignored for months. I put over 1500 in repairs along with almost 1500 for payment and warranty so basicallyin 4 months I've spent 3k on a 8k car that they've financed to almost 17k. And now after I found the cylinder went out the warranty ppl giving me the run around with no help at all from the dealership..I had no choice but to get a lawyer to protect myself..****.UPDATE HERE😁.WELP I have to admit when I am wrong and I was here. It wasn't the dealership it was the warranty dragging things and they have no control over the extended warranty servic. Because I was feed UP and about to loose my mind Muhammad told me to get my car there and he'd make sure it got fixed at no additional cost to me and HE DID WHAT HE SAID! They are still hard to get on the phone but as I said I got a cool car at a great price😁😁😁THANKS GUYS FOR MAKING THINGS RIGHT!!
