The sales experience itself was fine, and the staff was initially friendly. However, after the deal was done, I realized that extended warranties and additional fees were added in a way that increased the total cost of the car by nearly $14,000 — and that was never clearly explained upfront.

This was my first time buying a car, and it felt like that lack of experience was taken advantage of.

I recently called back to refinance, and the salesperson was very reassuring on the phone, saying they would try to help. In reality, I was simply forwarded to their refinance program with no real assistance or follow-up.

I also spent hours at the dealership during the purchase while they claimed to be running credit and working numbers, but in hindsight it felt more like time pressure than transparency.

Overall, the experience showed a focus on short-term profit rather than building long-term or repeat customers. I would not recommend doing business here if you value honesty, clarity, and legitimate post-sale support.

If you want a great experience especially for first time buyers shop with luxury motors I had the opportunity to work with Jonathan he did a great job breaking down what I was paying for making sure I got the Best Buy for my money. The staff was very nice and broke everything down for me that made it easy to understand as a first time buyer.
