BRAND NEW AQUACLEAR FILTER 30 GL

The Fluval AquaClear 30 Power Filter is a hang-on-back (HOB) aquarium filter designed for freshwater and saltwater tanks ranging from 10 to 30 gallons (38 to 114 liters). It is widely available at retailers like Petsense for around $49.99. Key Specifications & Features • Pump Flow Rate: 150 GPH (gallons per hour) • Dimensions: Approximately 6.1" wide x 7.3" tall x 4.4" deep • Filtration System: Multi-stage filtration (mechanical, chemical, and biological) with a filtration volume up to 7 times larger than many comparable HOB filters. • Included Media: AquaClear Foam (sponge), Activated Carbon, and BioMax ceramic rings. Optional compatible media includes Zeo-Carb and Ammonia Remover. • Patented Flow Control: Allows you to reduce the pump output down to roughly one-third of its maximum flow without damaging the motor. • CycleGuard Design: Lets you replace individual media stages independently to preserve beneficial bacteria colonies and protect your tank's nitrogen cycle. User Consensus Most users on forums like FishLore and Reddit agree that the AquaClear 30 runs very quietly and provides customizable, reliable filtration for smaller setups, though some hobbyists prefer stepping up to the AquaClear 50 if stocking levels are heavy in a 20- to 30-gallon tank.
