2013 KIA Soul

This is gonna be a long drawn out story… This car has been waiting for a computer for the last month… I’m just washing it this morning from being in the shop. I had a situation that fried out the computer and live and learn… Always ground the vehicle… Not the battery… ! I was taking my car to a very interested party on New Year’s Day… I just got through with a seven week work marathon… People would text me offer me money before they even saw the vehicle or drove it …. I made the mistake of putting it on the market with no time to show it. I was really enjoying the 6 Speed Dr on my trip to see the buyer…This car is a manual transmission and to me, a dream to drive …BMW had a lot input on the transmission and the safety… To me it’s a joy to drive a car like that and that morning was no different. Anyway, I wanted to make sure I vacuumed the car out real well for these very interested buyers…The meeting place was at a gas station with a car wash… the whole time I was vacuuming it, I had the key in the ignition eating up the battery… At least the tunes were good. Buyers showed up and when it was time to start it, the battery was dead… They couldn’t even test drive the vehicle. I should have pushed started it because that’s what you do when you have manual transmission… but their other vehicle was very new and they graciously offered to give me a jump… I watched them the whole time … and they were doing things in the right sequence, but they had the negative lead hooked up to the battery… it fried out the main computer now I installed a new one… Since it’s been another month and a half, and it was sitting for a while I got the oil changed… I’m just about ready to clean it… So if you are serious about a good vehicle with a brand computer… Kelley Blue Book is about $3200 with the high mileage and the transmission… Well, maintained… owned for nine years… standard transmission makes young drivers actively participate in driving…. Brand new tires. New spark plugs and wires… silver exterior black and gray interior has 174.000 approximate miles …. Non Smoker CLEAN TITLE ! CLEAN TITLE Didn’t plan on selling, but I have two vehicles that I’ll be selling… Because the doggies that I will be babysitting need something a little bigger… the huge breed dogs need more room than my beautiful 2012 Honda CrossTour … I have to do one of the flushes before I put that on the market and I have paperwork and research to do for value and pricing …
