1972 Ericson 27 in fair-good condition. A sturdy little boat more or less ready for a Catalina trip tomorrow. The owners have had her for 11 years and have done standard upkeep, but there’s always more work to be done… Roller furling jib 15 hp Tohatsu outboard New to newish; through hulls, deck paint, exterior wood varnish, bottom paint, head plumbing. $5,500 obo. No lowballs. I’d rather keep her then let her go for too little lol Also, it’s a bit of a trip to get down to her, so please serious buyers only. The boat is currently at Long Beach Shoreline Marina.
