DAVONTAE IS THE BEST!! I cannot say enough great things about him. When I walked in on a Thursday morning, he greeted me warmly and asked what I was looking for. I mentioned I wanted to test drive a CX-5 with red interior, and he immediately took me to the lot and put me in exactly what I wanted. He was incredibly friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable about Mazdas. There wasn’t a single question I asked that he couldn’t answer! I immediately fell in love with the car and knew I had to make it mine! I came back the very next day and did just that. Throughout the entire process, I never felt rushed or pressured in any way. As a first-time car buyer I had tons of questions, often re-asking them to make sure I understood, and Davontae was extremely patient. He encouraged me to ask as many questions as I needed and did a fantastic job of breaking everything down clearly. He is super transparent which was highly appreciated! Even Tray from the finance dept came out to greet me and shake my hand before coming into his office, and to me, that small and thoughtful gesture meant a lot and added to my already incredible customer experience. Independence Mazda truly values their customers and invests in creating a white glove experience for them. My experience with Mazda Independence was very satisfactory and I highly recommend checking them out if you are in need for a good reliable car! I was introduced to Jarrell and he made me feel welcomed. From there, Josh had helped me out by getting my CX-30 ready for a test drive. Josh was very knowledgeable on the car and he also is hilarious :) He was very helpful in the process of purchasing the car and answered any questions I had.
