This 4 pc set is from Costco retail is about $1100 pickup only. I just shampooed the couch so it’s nice and fresh so the seats are dark right now because still drying but honestly pretty good condition no stains I just want a light color couch so not selling for another reason other than that . Back cushions come off easy to clean . 4th floor but we have an elevator .
