1986 Winnebago Cheiftain 27 27ft Chevy 454 Banks Exhaust System New tires have about 1500 miles on them New Brakes on front 5/18 Inside 80% Remodeled. New sub floors/Vinyl Wood planks, new toilet, fresh white wash paint, new counter covering, backsplash covering, bathroom walls. Just needs upholstery and curtains. Also the bedroom has not been painted or remodeled yet. We haven’t decided what color scheme to go with. The only thing we did was squeeze a queen bed in. I still have the original full bed that can be put back in. If you buy it now you can decide what to do with the bedroom. I also have all the before and after pics and video of the remodel I did. Runs perfect, just got back from Tehachapi camping on 7/14/18. It’s been to seven oaks, Pismo Beach, San Clemente and Lone pine all this year. Everything works. Onan Generator. 3 way original fridge, Microwave combo convection oven, roof AC works, Dash AC works. Overhead Bed, couch bed, queen or Full bed in back. Shower, new toilet. Storage on top, storage below. No water damage anywhere. Sleeps 5 to 6 comfortably. This rig is ready to camp immediately. We just used it last weekend. 2nd owner have all paper work. Passed smog and clean title in my name in my hand. This rig was well taken care of. It was just very dated on the inside so we began to update it.
