Cisco was friendly and understanding.  However, I am never taking my car here again.  Timing belt tensioner failed just outside of the warranty period. Wanted to charge me again for a service that they didn't perform properly the first time. They also stated oil was severely low, (they are the only ones to change the oil in this car) and there are no obvious leaks, or oil stains under the car after being parked for an extended period of time. Also, the oil light wasn't on so I know it's not severely low. I checked the dipstick and the results are attached this post.  Pretty clear the alleged "Master Tech" thinks the average customer can't check the oil. It's partly my fault for having blind faith in the service department.  Have been taking my Acura to this dealership since I bought it.  I won't make that mistake again.

Demetrious and Amanda were amazing!!!! Super friendly and helpful in all areas! 10/10 for this team and Travis Battles is REMARKABLE! Been buying from Travis for years now and will continue to follow him! Want a great deal and want to feel like family go see Demetrious, Travis and Amanda!
