Looking for someone to sublease my room on Dayton St in Madison, WI for the summer (starting as soon as possible until August 14, 2024). Great location - right by campus and within walking distance to both Lake Mendota and Lake Monona; down the street from the Nicholas Recreation Center. The rent for each month is 800 plus around 50 a month for utilities and internet. The room is on the first floor of the house. It will have a full-size bed frame, desk, lamp, and storage organizer with more storage behind it as shown in the images. There are 2 other rooms on the floor which will most likely be empty for the summer. The living room and kitchen are furnished and ready for daily use. Washer and Dryer included in the basement. Let me know if interested. The tenant needs to move out by August 14, 2024 which is the last day of the lease. Room and floor must be returned as received: Left and used cleanly.
