Description

Selling my 94’ Fleetwood terry. I bought it in 2021 and have done numerous repairs on it. New roof insulation, 1/2” plywood, and pvc roof. Had some water damage before the roof got replaced but removed all rotten wood and replaced with new. New A/C unit but ac does not work. New wall thermostat. Everything else works like electrical, water, heating, and all appliances work. New kitchen faucet. Brakes are in great shape, and all bearings packed recently. Tires are in good shape no cracks or bad wear patterns. I have the awning for it but it’s slightly torn and haven’t put it back on. Asking 6,000 or best offer. Clean pink slip in hand. Currently registered. It’s a work in progress but would make a great first camper for someone.
