I am selling my home away from home at the Jersey Shore. It is located at Sun Outdoors Cape May (formerly Holly Shores Camping Resort). The trailer is fully approved to stay on the site; it does NOT have to be moved. This park model is basically brand new. It is a 2021 Forest River Salem Grand Villa 42FK Custom. It is the newest of the three DOUBLE LOFTED models made by Forest River. This is the largest destination trailer you can buy! It is 43 feet long and sleeps 10 people (or more)! It features a huge rear KING bedroom with His & Her Closets and plenty of other dresser storage, a bathroom with a residential porcelain toilet and nice size walk-in shower, a living room with opposing slides that each have couches that convert to full-size (double) beds, a gorgeous front kitchen that features residential appliances as well as a breakfast nook, and then the double loft upstairs that sleeps up to four people (3 adults and 1 child). This unit was not ordered off a dealer's lot; it was ordered directly from the manufacturer, and it comes with all the options.
