This Precor Icarian Plate Loaded Seated Calf Raise Machine designed to isolate the calf muscles. Giving you a maximum pump while also being comfortable to use. The easy adjustable safety moves out to the side to start and easily slides back in when your sets done. This machine is plate loaded too which allows the user to add more weight and doesn’t limit you like a selectorized machine would. Each knee area has a soft pad to allow for comfort and to not add any pain to the knee region. This machine is an older model from Precor, but that’s what makes it so great. They changed the design of the seated calf raise machine and this ones preferred by most over that one. You won’t regret adding this machine to your gym or home!
