Balanced tone across the fretboard. I've tried a few different types of strings but really like it with the SCGC strings (lights), and they last for quite a bit longer than others. A beautiful guitar with ethereal tone. I have 0, 000, OM, and D35 Martins, and this hits a nice sweet spot in between the 0 and OM. Unbelievable sustain and impressive volume out of a smaller guitar.
