Went there to look at my son’s first car and honestly, they were super helpful! I was a little unsure at first since their prices are some of the lowest around, so I wasn’t sure what to expect with the cars. But a friend recommended them and got a Corolla there last year, and he’s had no issues at all.

If you’re looking for an affordable, reliable used car, I’d definitely check them out. Really good experience and 100% recommend! 🙌

Natalia is wonderful. I got a great deal on a car that I love and she was very kind, professional and really very friendly. They were very helpful, even in circumstances where they weren't obligated to be. I got the car I was looking for at half the price one would expect to pay. They flip cars, and they do it very fairly. Thanks so much.

I test drove a car from this dealership on Friday, July 31st, then on Friday, August 7th (after thinking over my decision) paid for a $250 independent inspection and a CARFAX report. I informed the salesman of the inspection, which occurred the following Thursday, August 13th. I got the report back on Friday, and I called my credit union for a loan on Monday afternoon (August 17th) after I got off work. I contacted the salesman as soon as I knew anything. But they had failed to notify me that they had taken a deposit for the car from someone else that Monday morning. Again, I had my credit pulled and a loan offered to me. But it was the salesman's day off, and the next day he had the audacity to tell me that, because I didn't message them back over the weekend, they didn't know what was going on with me the other salesman had sold the car to someone else that morning.

They offered me a $800 discount on a car that was $2,000 more expensive. I am so incredibly frustrated that this happened. I have zero desire to work with this dealership ever again.

EDIT: after seeing my review, the salesman reached out and asked me to be more "transparent" with my review. I have updated the timeline of when this all occurred.

I will also mention that the salesman texted me on Thursday after the inspection was complete, and I did not reply until Monday after I had pulled my credit, as I was on a short vacation that weekend and had work on Monday. He made sure to mention that after I left a bad review. I understand that the car was not on hold for me, as I had not paid them anything. Again, he made sure to mention that after I left my review.

But I have been 100% "transparent" in my review and edit, and even after discussing what happened with the salesman, I am still incredibly frustrated that this happened.

I purchased a 2014 Chevy Silverado and a 2015 Nissan Rogue from this dealership on July 26th, and unfortunately, I’ve had a very frustrating experience.

The dealership told me that they “inspected both cars and they were in good condition” when they sold them. They also pointed out that I test drove the vehicles and said they were fine. I understand that these are used vehicles and were sold as-is, and they did discount the Silverado by $500 during negotiations. However, that $500 discount doesn’t come close to making up for the repairs I had to make shortly after purchasing them.

The Silverado alone has cost me around $2,000 in repairs, including new brakes, rotors, brake calipers, CV axles, and a CV axle boot. The Nissan Rogue also needed a new alternator and mass airflow sensor, costing me around $800.

What’s especially frustrating is that these issues started happening before I even received the title for the Silverado. I’m not a mechanic, and a 10-minute test drive doesn’t mean I can identify problems that may only become apparent after actually driving and owning a vehicle for a while. That’s why I would expect a dealership’s inspection to catch major issues.

I reached out to the dealership about everything that happened. The employee told me he would speak with the owner and see what they could do to help. I wasn’t expecting them to cover everything, but I was hoping they would at least try to work something out.

Unfortunately, after telling me they would talk to the owner, I felt like I was being ghosted. I followed up asking for an update and didn’t receive a response.

I understand buying used vehicles comes with some risk, but spending nearly $3,000 on repairs shortly after buying two vehicles, with issues starting before I even received the title on one of them, has been extremely frustrating. I would have appreciated better communication and some effort from the dealership to make things right.

UPDATE AFTER OWNER’S RESPONSE:

The owner responded to this review and provided some additional context that I’d like to clarify.

The dealership stated that I brought my own mechanic and took both vehicles on extended test drives. To clarify, I brought a friend who is not a mechanic. During the test drive, he actually noticed that the CV axle was leaking fluid and asked for a paper towel to wipe the fluid off his hand.

The dealership also mentioned that I contacted them 20 days after the purchase. That is true, but the most recent issue that needed to be addressed came up only three days before I contacted them. The problems didn’t all happen at once. I work a full-time job, run my own business, and have a one-year-old, so I don’t have unlimited time to constantly take vehicles to shops while juggling work and family.

When I initially contacted the dealership, the employee told me he would speak with the owner and see what they could do to help. After that, the two messages I sent went unread for roughly 24 hours. At that point, I assumed I wasn’t going to receive a response, which is why I followed up.

I appreciate the owner responding publicly, and if they genuinely have a solution they’d like to offer, I’m open to hearing it. If they’re willing to work with me and make things right, I’d be happy to update this review again to reflect that.

Bought my car from MVA Auto and honestly had a good experience. They were easy to work with, answered all my questions, and made the process pretty quick. Definitely recommend giving them a look if you’re shopping for a used car.
