Easiest car buying experience I’ve ever had. Jose was our sales associate.

Being in the office felt a lot like visiting friends and family at their house. They made sure that we were comfortable. They were very welcoming, not only to us, but to our dogs as well. Everyone was very kind and thoughtful and helpful.

The process was way easier than I ever imagined and it took about 45 minutes for financing mgr to prepare all the documents (she was super friendly and efficient ) and it only took about 30 minutes for me to sign everything electronically and then I was out of there with my brand new-to-me car and it was SO much easier than I ever expected. I had been dreading this for a long time and things just happened to work out and I got the car that had everything that I wanted for zero down.

Ask for Jose Hincapie for top tier service. He was very patient and forthcoming and I really appreciated that.

I've been bringing my Subarus to Carr for service for over 10 years, and even though I live more than an hour away, I continue to trust their team with any issues that come up. Their communication is always excellent—they keep me informed every step of the way, and their recommendations are trustworthy, which i've in the past been able to verify with second opinions. They never try to upsell unnecessary services, which I really appreciate.

It's clear that Carr values great service—not just from how they treat customers, but also in the consistency of their staff. I've seen the same service advisors over the years, and they always go above and beyond to provide honest, high-quality service. The prices are reasonable, and every time I walk into the shop, I feel like they genuinely care about solving our issues timely.

Most recently, we had a transmission issue with our 2018 Outback. We went out of our way to have it towed to Carr, and they diagnosed the issue and activated our warranty that same day. Within 7 business days, the transmission was fully replaced and the car is running like a dream again.

I called into CARR about a car I had seen online to see if it had sold. The salesperson, Walker, went to check on it and it had been sold. not only did he promptly check for the car, he came back with information on another car that was actually a better fit for me! My wife and I went that night to take it for a test drive. Walker was a pleasure to hang with during the walk around and test drive. He was no-nonsense and I didn't feel any pressure to buy the car. Even in the financing stage, Walker listened to what I had to say and I felt he did the best he could to advocate for me. Matt was the finance guy and it turned out we had a common acquaintance! He did a great job searching for the best loan for me. Actually, he kept trying new avenues until the process was over. I appreciated the work he put in to give me the best deal that I could get! It's been almost three months since I bought the car and it has been fantastic. The price was fair, the customer service was good, and the communication was great. Bought a used 2021 forester sport from here, had the pleasure of working with SJ and Zach. I’ve owned a number of cars in my life, been through many dealerships, they hands down provided the best customer service i’ve ever had. I wasn’t the easiest of customers, I wanted multiple test drives to test all functions on road and freeway, had lots of questions, did a fair amount of negotiating and I felt they were on my team from beginning to end. I already have friends who are interested in coming from out of state to come buy from them and i would suggest anyone in the market to consider this dealership. I have never had a more painless experience getting a car in my life. I was doing research online, and was contacted by Lyle. Made an appointment to see him on a later date, but ended up calling him up and asking if we could meet sooner. He was able to meet me. He asked how I was doing, and I won’t lie, I was anxious. I’ve never had to goto a dealership alone. They don’t teach you how to negotiate in school, ya know? He let me know that I wasn’t alone, that he was going to be with me the entire way. I told him my situation, told him what I could and couldn’t do, and let him get to work. After some back and forth, we were able to come to an agreement. He checked every box I needed. He got me the best deal I could have hoped for, even better he got me a deal that was too good to be true. He walked me through everything the car could do, and by the time I was handed the keys to my brand new car, I had completely forgotten that I was nervous to begin with. Lyle was perfect. If you need a car, if you need anything, please go and see him. He knows what he’s doing, and was professional, but kept it real with me. I love when someone doesn’t give me the run around, I love when there’s complete transparency. Lyle, if you see this, thank you so much for everything.
