Pick up only in Costa Mesa 92626 conveniently around the 405/Harbor. 3 year old custom made contemporary low profile grey leather sofa with a light birch wood frame. This quality sofa is 105” wide, 42” deep, has a 84” long lounge, and sits 18” high and 29.5” back height. All cushions have heavy canvas backing, removable and secure in place by clips. Originally paid 10k for sofa. Made in two pieces that secure tightly together and meant to be together in the configuration shown. Dark grey leather does have natural use surface scratches and could use a conditioning. We are a smoke free, pet friendly home and moving into a new home.
