I brought this new, used it for a while, don’t need anymore, you put your bike’s rear wheel in the trainer and tighten the handles on both sides to center the tire on the roller, place front wheel in riser block then adjust the roller against your wheel and ride, now the difficulty level knob mounts on handlebars so you can change to easier or harder resistance, it’s almost new so no rust lol.
