Johnny was very helpful, he searched for multiple cars that would fit in budget a followed my instructions to the tee. Always tried to reassure me but I was still hesitant so he brought out Roy the person I came for as a recommendation and Roy really helped me understand and give me options for my current car. So I was able to make th purchase with the extra reassurance

My sales person Mr. Sparks at the Waipahu dealership was excellent.  He gave me the utmost awesome service.  Even if he used every means to get me to stay and complete the sales, he was compassionate and to some extent understanding.  Everyone at the dealership were also awesome.  They were pleasant and courteous.  The GMC family have treated me well in previous purchases in the past  I have been a loyalist and dedicated customer of the GMC group.  Thank you.

Prior to this I did extensive research on different trucks models & brands and eventually start my test drives with GMC with the idea of going to Toyota, Ford, and Chevy after this. However, my experience at Cutter GMC Mazda of Waipahu was so outstanding that I decided to stick with them. From the moment I initially contacted them via email to my newly leased GMC Canyon sitting in my parking garage was an overall excellent experience. Naomi, Johnny Sparks, Johniel (Finance Manager), Phil and the rest of the team there ..thank you so much! You all are awesome!!! They stayed open 4 hours after official closing hours and worked tirelessly to ensure that I had the exact vehicle I wanted, even test drove a couple of Canyons for quite a distance ensuring that I had an idea of what it was going to be like during ownership (it was even raining that day) which made the drives even better to see how it performed on those roads. Naomi and Johnny even followed me home at midnight to transport the vehicle back to the other side of the island...I"m speechless for the level of service provided by this team. So far I've been loving the new 2026 GMC Canyon Elevation and I'm definitely thinking about purchasing an AT4X after this lease AND even keeping this current Canyon as well ...as long as I can get the same team again :).
