Classic Japan-built CS-53 pair, tested and sounding excellent—warm, deep, and richly “vintage” with clear highs and a satisfyingly full low end. Cabinets were refinished in black by a previous owner (likely to match a room). The paint does not affect performance and can be removed with proper finish removers if you prefer the original wood; in a few spots you can see the factory veneer peeking through. Grilles and badges present, solid cabs, 8-ohm load, 40W peak rating, and the rear panel gives you both 1/4” input jack and screw-type binding posts for easy hookup. Packed securely in one carton (bubble wrap, corner protection, double-boxed) to keep shipping cost reasonable; if you want two separate boxes, just tell me.
