Bought this at Costco a couple years ago and used it for one summer before getting central AC. It stayed in my window until recently when I finally got around to taking it out. Works great: quiet, cooled my large bedroom extremely well, has a remote! No brace, foam seal or side panels included; I used towels to fill the gap (pictured) and it was perfect. Make me an offer!
