To me, the verses of the beloved 1833 Hymn Lead Kindly Light capture perfectly the trials of life's journey, the comfort of His guidance, and the need for faith in every footstep along the way. The words of this hymn inspired me to create this painting. -Simon Dewey ABOUT THE ARTIST: Simon has quietly sought to celebrate the life and mission of Jesus Christ. His artistic journey began in London, England as a freelance illustrator. In 1997 he entered the world of fine art with the release of "He Lives".
