Measures approx 9’10” x 5’5” About 4 years old. Bought from Value City Furniture for ~$1,300. No idea what brand it is, but it is made in the US. It also comes with a big ottoman/footrest (last pic). It’s a little much for my living room, so I’ve been using it as a little window sofa for the past several years. For reference, the ottoman is the exact size of the cut out in the couch. So if you put it with the couch, it would creat one giant rectangle, if that makes sense. Very comfortable and in great condition. The only little “issue” are some of the corners have little thread pulls from my cat. You can poke them back in with a paper clip. I’ve just been too lazy. I could probably get them cleaned up a bit before you pick up. There are no structural issues or tears or stains or anything like that. I am not a smoker and am very clean, so the couch has no bad odors. I’ll give it a good clean before you pick it up, regardless. Can probably break out the shampoo vacuum. My cat has super short hair and doesn’t shed a lot, so a quick vacuum/lint roll should honestly take care of any cat fur. I would be more than happy to help carry it to your truck or trailer or whatever you, but my little Accord won’t be much help in your transport. Only reason I am selling is so I can get something a tad smaller and hopefully create a little more space in my apartment
