2003 BMW Z4

Well maintained 2003 z4 2.5 manual. Call this a rare spec, black exterior and factory red interior paired with a 5 speed manual. Full service history since when car was bought. I'm the third owner, and have owned it for a month but just had our 2nd baby and yeah doesn't make sense right now. New battery, just did valve cover gasket/spark plugs/filters/oil this weekend. Car is registered and smogged till next year. Car is an absolute gem, good luck finding a black on red z4, l've searched. The z4 is 23 years old so yes there's some issues and I'll be very transparent, convertible top is "manual" the motor has suffered water and needs to be replaced and relocated. Air conditioning doesn't work, I don't know why. Radio is ehhh idk it works but the volume doesn't adjust. Previous owner pulled into garage and hit the passenger side (see photos) also the light icon and airbag icon is on. The top is in great condition and has been only parked inside.
