As I’m going through reviews. I see a lot of 1 star. I went in there buying the car that I been looking for. For years. I have had small complications where they were going to fix. Do to both our schedules has been nearly impossible. I drove it to San Diego to receive my new granddaughter to this world and the car has left me stranded do to overheating and perhaps other engine complications from what Cadillac technician has told me. Francia never offered me a warranty. They are willing to fix it if I pay for the transport to El Paso. Which I don’t find fair. I’m out almost $500 already on just a quick test on the car. I will have to spend money now on a rental. It’s been a huge inconvenience. I don’t want to deal with legal issues. But good thing I have attorney friends for advice and if needed they can always jump in. I hope they resolve my issue so I can can put in a good review. Making a wrong thing right is always good.

DO NOT BUY HERE!!! Recently purchased a vehicle here, the next day the check engine light came on i told the guy about it he said to bring it to the lot to get it fixed, he only turned off the code with the scanner, then i asked him to give me the number for the warranty i paid for and he keeps saying tomorrow and tomorrow and he just wont send it. Terrible customer service stay away from this place

I bought a Subaru from this dealership over 10 years ago. Went back because they said they would be able to get me another one (newer). They told me I had to leave a down payment to secure. I paid them and they never heard from them again. Their location just up and disappeared when I tried to go back. Now I’m on the internet searching for used cars for my child and come across them again. Figured I would write about my experience for anyone who chooses to read.

Rudy is probably the ONLY honest and dedicated worker there that provides decent customer service. He stayed in touch with me and helped me get a decent vehicle.

I changed this review to a 1 star from a 5 because the business itself does not respect the customers and definitely won’t recommend to others. Some of the issues I am starting to have i can see in other reviews that this is an ongoing habit for them and I definitely feel regret for the purchase. I may even go a step further and notify Fort Bliss of their business practices so Soldiers aren’t taken advantage of by the dealership.

Absolutely horrible car lot.  They put on a great face to get you to purchase a vehicle and fail to provide any customer service afterwards. Our ac went out within a week of purchasing, they let us leave with a tire that continuously goes flat ( knowing we live in another state)  .  We are going on our second month of trying to get our plates from them. All they say is that they've been sent but refuse to provide us with a tracking number. Very shady group of people.

We did purchase warranty but nobody in Carlsbad will work with their company!!!
