Very friendly professional and helpful. I was on a time crunch due to needing to get to work and he did not make me feel rushed at all and even kept track of time to make sure I wasn’t late. Highly recommend!!

Sad.      This World has become Just like This Experience.        You are Important,   until you pay.    Once you pay.    You are garbage.    You have no value.  You have paid.  They dont need you.
I said.  As l left. //  With my car l am happy with...//   think about that.   They sold me a good car.    All they had to do was Value me.   Speak to me like a person who they want to have back again.   But.  That 35 $ debit  use charge  was way more important.   You know.    I run a business  too.    I run debit and credit  cards also..     i know the deal.        So.   Yea.           Sad.     It is just all so sad.         Customers are no longer of any value once we pay.

This is my 6th year coming back absolutely love this place amazing customer service great communication beautiful selection of vehicles they work with you on getting u the vehicle you want I now own 3 vehicles from them they are the only car dealership I’ve bought from and I plan on continuing doing business with them in the future

Updated Review:  My friend who bought the car was sold a car with the timing belt broken, all services codes had been programmed to not show up. We had to take the car to the Hyundai dealership  just to figure out what’s wrong with it. It costed $3500 to fix on top of the $4000 we put down on the vehicle. Apex refused to waive the last bit of money. And it’s almost been 45 days, they haven’t even started the paperwork to get the plates for the car (the temporary plates expire next week). They purposely are ignoring our phone calls, but if we call from *69 they answer. At this point I’d recommend going to car hop, because at least major things that are wrong with the car will be covered under warranty. I only left 5 stars up so that more people could see this post.

Original Review: Axel has amazing customer service and was able to help us get on the road quickly. He took the time to ensure every car we looked at had been fully repaired and ready to go. If you need a car, I’d recommend him personally!
