I have had this La-Z-Boy “Amy Loveseat” for approx 3 years. It has had a walmart couch cover on it the entire time I have had it as sad as that sounds so I have never sat on the actual fabric. It is in pristine condition and in a non-smoker apartment. The price to buy it right now online is shown in picture as $1209.
