Antique Steamer Trunk Coffee Table Chest – Original Wood & Iron Hardware – Late 1800s/Early 1900s

Antique flat-top steamer trunk featuring original wood plank construction, heavy iron strapwork, rivets, and authentic aged patina. This piece has incredible character and would make a stunning coffee table, blanket chest, entryway storage trunk, or designer accent piece. Original antique condition with expected wear, age marks, and patina consistent with over 100 years of history. The lid is detached from the trunk and rests in place as intended, but the original hinge connection is no longer functional. The left and right closure latches function properly and hold the lid in place. The center lock assembly is incomplete/non-functional and does not lock. There is additional age-related wear, and imperfections consistent with a piece of this age. Please review photos carefully.
