I recently visited Trailer Boss to purchase a new trailer for hauling my Jeep, and I had an excellent experience! I was initially assisted by Camron, who was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and refreshingly free of the typical high-pressure sales tactics. He made the process enjoyable and informative. I finalized the purchase with the help of both Camron and John, and the entire transaction was seamless. The service was top-notch, and I’m thrilled with the awesome trailer I got. Called and asked if they had bearings for a trailer I received for free with shot bearings on the driver side. Told me to bring the set I had that was good in and they could help me find them. They had a whole kit available and I worked with a Cameron and another gentleman who I never got the name of.
The team was very accommodating and went above and beyond to help me fix up my trailer.

For starters, I’m very inexperienced when it comes to trailers. I had an upcoming cross country move and had to transport our two vehicles, we considered driving both but also entertained the idea of towing one.

So we went to trailer boss and explained our situation and they presented us with a few different trailer options and even gave us a walkthrough on EVERY component of the trailer and how it works.

They set the bar incredibly high for any future trailer purchases we’ll make.

I can't say enough great things about Trailer Boss! I first went in looking for a trailer without really knowing what I needed. The moment I stepped onto the lot, Hector came out to help. He took the time to explain everything, making sure I understood my options and what would work best for me. His knowledge and patience made all the difference.

I also worked with John, the manager, and both he and Hector made the entire experience seamless. Their customer service was top-notch—any questions or concerns I had were always met with quick and helpful responses. Unlike my experience at Olympic Trailer, where no one even acknowledged me, Trailer Boss treated me like a valued customer from the start.

I ended up purchasing a Diamond C HDT Gravity Flatbed and loved it so much that I went back to buy another one—custom-built this time, fully loaded! On top of that, I also purchased a Diamond C 7x14 dump trailer. The quality of these trailers is outstanding, but what really makes Trailer Boss my go-to is the people.

Hector and John turned what could have been an overwhelming process into an enjoyable and educational one. Their dedication and professionalism have earned my business for life. If you're looking for high-quality trailers and fantastic customer service, Trailer Boss is the place to go!

Wow.  These guys take such good care of my ancient utility trailer and hook-ups.  My lights weren't working. They found  my 5 way receptacle  was falling apart.  I was ready to schedule a day to come back, but the tech came out and replaced it  that morning.  Hector even gave me a ride to the closest coffee shop.  The tech showed me the old part, and it was crumbling in his hands.  It couldn't be seen from the outside.  The price was reasonable, and now I can tow with peace of mind.
