New front door keys. The reasons it's discounted: Tear in roof material near back corner. Water pump under sink needs replaced. Refrigerator needs service. Generator is due a service but worked about a year ago. Awning needs replaced. Had a leak in front left corner before we owned it. Has been sealed. All the little panel locks need new lock bodies. Previous owner couldn't find key. Titled at DMV. I won't bull$#!+ you. Completely open and honest about known history and concerns. That said, sale is "AS IS" which will go on the bill of sale.
