i have never in my life had an experience better and this is the most genuine review from an honest person. come here if you need a new car!!!!!!!!!!!! ive been to many delaerships and have never felt hospitality like I did from every single person working there. the manager worked hard to get me THEE best deal on a 2022 Charger although I was a bit upside down with negative equity; I thought I was stuck with it, but now im riding away in such a nice car and I FEEL good about the business that was done. 10/10, 5 stars, I will refer anyone and everyone here. great family feel, genuine energy, and a strong willingness to help! Wow! What an amazing experience from Mike, Ross and Herb! These guys are excellent! They got me in and out the door and in a premium, luxury vehicle! EVERY one of their cars are nice and they run smooth! I couldn’t believe the deal he was able to get done. They also threw on an excellent warranty! I’m excited to drive off the lot and a huge weight has been lifted off my chest! I’ll be back when it’s time for a new vehicle! A HUGE thank you to the family. (Yes, it’s a family owned business!)

Went in with my wife and two kids intending to get a reliable suv for a trade in. They never mentioned any issues with the car and at first it was great. Second day the check engine light came on and there was a very obvious obnoxious grinding coming from the passenger side which I thought were the axles. However when I checked the axels there was caked up grease on both the drivers side and passengers side, the passenger motor mount was also completely dropped out of the casing. When my wife and I went in to see what could be done about getting a replacement because nothing stated any issues with the vehicle in the paperwork we signed, we were met with Mike’s very unprofessional service. My wife obviously very worked up was shut down every time by Mike and our concerns were dismissed like it was an inconvenience to him. Their supposed remedy? We can turn our vehicle in for a few days to get it looked at by a mechanic. Wherever they took it to was a place that cut obvious corners and it was extremely evident when I got the car back. I was told the check engine light had been fixed but when I plugged my OBD reader in they just erased the code. Really? lol. Even before all this they KNEW we were going on a cross country move. They gave us a vehicle with very obvious issues and did absolutely nothing to fix it. I did all the mechanical work myself. I replaced both axels and the motor mount with absolutely no help from them, they did however offer to pay for labor but by the time they said anything it was way too late as we were getting ready to leave. God awful experience as a first time used car dealership, avoid this place im sure there’s a better one.
