We bought this little router new about 9 months ago. I will include the dated purchase receipt (8/26/23) so that you will be covered by the remainder of the original 2-year factory warranty from TP-Link. (See https://offerup.co/faYXKzQFnY?$deeplink_path=/redirect/ ) It worked great in our 2-story 3-bedroom house with over a dozen connected devices. Never had any problems with it. Handles 4K HDR video streaming with ease. Super-easy set-up with printed Quick Installation Guide in box. In case you need more coverage for your space, I suggest buying a second one (Walmart) to pair with this one in Range Extender Mode. This has the "AC" version of wifi, also known as WiFi 5, supporting dual-band speeds up to 1.2 Gbps (i.e. 1200 Mbps). The four antennas can be pointed in different directions to improve coverage. The antennas also support Beamforming to detect the locations of your connected devices and focus the signal in their direction. It also features four ethernet ports for wired connections. The box itself is tiny -- about the size of two decks of playing cards side-by-side. Note that you will also need a modem (not included) to use with cable broadband service.
