This vehicle was most likely purchased at auction. It hasn't even been 3 months since I purchased it from Ricky, and its going to require hundreds of dollars in work. I am going to take it back to him to see what he says.

What a great experience with Ricky and the guys at Garage Ricky’s.  I spent 3 days chasing Chevy Traverses across central Florida.  I experienced some larger dealerships trying to take advantage of me and leaving me out to dry.  It all changed after messaging Ricky about a Traverse he had on his lot.  I live and hour and a half north and communicated with him via messenger in which he guaranteed me he could make the deal I needed happen.  I took him at his word and drove down the next morning.  I got there at 9a and we test drove the car only to realize the car needed new rotors.  No problem for Ricky and team.  They got the rotors there in 20 minutes and had the car ready to go in an hour.  I was out the door with the car by 12p.  Ricky is not a car salesman…he is a genuine human being who cares about people and his reputation.  You will not go wrong to work with Ricky on your next car purchase!  Shout out to G, his new salesman who was with me for the first 30 minutes on his first day until Ricky got there.  This is another fine young man who will do very well being mentored by Ricky!
