Custom built spot welder. Welding power created using Super Capacitors, controlled by a 20amp charging dual pulse spot welder controller. Controller has ability to balance super capacitor (keeping them all the same voltage) with up to 10amps. Charges caps with up to 20 amps keeping capacitors fully charged. Can control welding power. Can weld .1 nickel or .3 copper directly to cell (most Iv ever needed but has the power to do more). Can control both pulse times and power as well as the time between each pulse. (Picture with the graph shows the current of each pulse and the time of pulse and between pulse) Controller controls a MOSFET board. Power is delivered from 24 genuine IRL40SC228 MOSFETS (557amp each). More powerful and reliable than Kweld and 811H spot-welders. Message with any questions
