I have a 2018 Ford Escape SE with all the bells and whistles, 106k miles, 2wd that needs repair to be on the road. I am selling this as a 'for repair' vehicle. 1FMCU0GD3JUA75582 Color: Black: Interior: Grey, FWD, 105k miles, Clear Title. 4 cylinder evoboost engine is in excellent condition. Good tires, recent new brakes, AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION NEEDS REPAIR/REPLACEMENT. I asked a quote on the repair: Used transmissions are available in junkyards for 500 to 1200$. Rebuilt transmission delivered to you is $2200. Transmission shops estimated 10 to 12 hours of labor. Similar SUVs in running condition with similar miles sell for about $8,000. (see other craigslist listings) I don't have the time to get it repaired and put back in use. Just the alloy wheels+Tires and 4 door panels will easily get you 2500$. Windshield has a crack but all other aspects are very good condition. I have an offer from the mechanic for $1800 as a parts car but I refer that it lives on repaired and being driven. Any offer near $2500 will be a great fixer vehicle for you.
