I bought this jacket several years ago but used few times for hiking. It’s good down jacket that resists from water and wind. It says water proof but I wouldn’t use like a rain jacket. I used in light rain up in the mountain in February and kept me dry and warm. It has a lot of pockets so you can keep gloves, a small water bottle or any essential gears that you need during hike. You can also easily keep your I-Phone in the chest pocket. Down is well filled (800+fill) and down baffle is not stitched, it’s welded so feathers won’t come out loose. It’s super light and just over 1lb. (18.7oz).
