Excellent running John Deere JS25 rear drive self propelled lawn mower

I have a very nice, clean, and excellent running condition 21" cut John Deere model #JS25 rear wheel drive self propelled lawn mower that has a new grass catching bag, mulching option, and side chute capability as well (a nice three in one set up system). This mower still starts easy, has excellent wheels, and a great blade. It features a bigger/stronger 6.75Hp Briggs and Stratton motor with plenty of cutting/running/self drive pulling power. I wouldn't wait too long on a decision if you're interested as it'll go quite quickly with my fair price on a very expensive John Deere in real nice condition plus having the three in one setting options. I'm asking $265 cash or the best fair reasonable offer (won't go much lower on price though but am negotiable) that I feel most comfortable with as it did cost me $460 after all the taxes. Public meet up is available as usual and on a full delivery it would include an additional fuel/labor fee depending on your mileage distance from Bella Vista.
