1966 Santa Fe 12 SC Trailer

This was my project. Accomplished a lot but still needs work done. My plans have changed and it breaks my heart to get rid. Done: got rid of rot areas and new walls inside because it had a leak, custom closet doors/drawers, improved benches and new bench seat cushions, and brand new back window. Still needs: finish electrical. I think it’s something small, but I’m not an expert so that is why I didn’t touch it. Needs roof resealed ( I was told it was done 2 years ago). It’s been covered since I had it. It had a cover but my cover ripped during a windstorm. Now I have a tarp on it, as you can see in pics. There is a small leak in corner and as far as I know it hasn’t got worse. I have the specific tape (butyl) for anyone that knows how to fix it. My propane tank was stolen so that would need to be added and they cut my line when they stole it. Easy fix , I don’t know? But oven does work and heat and AC work. Tires are good. There is room above stove for a microwave. I took the refrigerator out to make room for more closet space. Awning I was told is in good shape, but I never got around to seeing the condition. Comes with a large outside mat, and hardware for towing. Smoke free and never had animals in it. Asking $2,000 or best offer.
