I bought a pick-up truck from this dealership on January 13, 2025, and it was a terrible experience.
The vehicle was in an unsanitary condition, and I had to spend $140 to have it cleaned.
The air conditioning worked when I bought the car, but then stopped working.
They were supposed to install a camera for me, but they didn't. They just gave me the camera and the instructions, and now I'm stuck with it.
There are other problems with the car too (engine light, oil change…).

When I told the salesman, Camilo, about these problems, he told me to go to a garage.
He said, "Whether it's been 2 weeks, 1 month, or 5 months, we made sure you took the car in excellent condition."

They claim to be professional and honest, but they are thieves. I do not recommend them.

Very good experience. I am exporting a vehicle to the islands and they gave me a trustworthy experience.  They held the vehicle for 2 weeks while we did the wire money transfer and they kept their word is saving the truck for me so I can export. Very well structured business.

What a great experience from this dealer. They really work with the customer. I came trying to purchase a car cash but I didn’t have the full amount to purchase the car cash but they offered me a payment plan with no APR called: 3 MONTHS SAME AS CASH. Not many dealers offer a cash deal and pay the rest in 3 months with no bank involved. Very professional and great customer service. Dealer even helped me finance the car insurance that was not cheap but they manage to go above and beyond for me to purchase the car.  I came in an Uber and left with my car. Thank you Autoplaza.

Been looking for a Ford Transit and finally found it at this dealer. They had options to choose from on the Ford Transit and not many dealers sell them and this is one of the few that actually has the Ford Transits. They helped obtain a loan at a good APR and easy negotiation on the price. Very clear with the numbers and the atmosphere felt very friendly and they were trying to consult more than just selling me a vehicle. The staff was very friendly, therefore, I highly recommend this dealer for your future vehicle purchase. One of the few dealers that are actually trying to provide customer service. I am very impressed and I would come back for my future purchases.
